Jacquelyn Richardson brings a strong work ethic and years of customer service to Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty. With experience as a real estate investor and an unwavering commitment to advocacy and strategic negotiation, she adds immeasurable value to all her client transactions and welcomes unforeseen “problems” as opportunities for solutions.

Prior to joining Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty, Jacquelyn was a Registered Nurse for many years, so helping people comes very naturally to her and she prides herself on being caring, honest, and authentic. Clients love to work with Jacquelyn because of her strong work ethic, follow-through, and dedication to doing the right thing 100% of the time, even when no one is looking. Jacquelyn loves developing positive working relationships with her clients and becoming part of their successful home-buying story during one of the most important events of their lives.

Jacquelyn is a Washington state native, giving her a deep knowledge of our area and communities. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and entertaining. She’s a huge football fan (Go Hawks!) and enjoys participating in 5k charity races.
